Paranormal Activity 3, the prequel to the low budget horror movie Paranormal Activity, has found a formula that works. Taking over the Saw franchises role as the Halloween blockbuster, Paranormal Activity 3 raked in $54 million over the weekend, making it both the biggest horror movie opening ever, as well as the biggest opening in September/October EVER.
People are already speculating that another movie in the franchise will likely be under way soon in order to be ready for next Halloween 2012.
