@MrEliseod Some obvious facts have escaped you. I didn’t need your advice on whether or not to see the movie. I made a comment in the section that is called “Comments”. I don’t need to “get a grip”. I’m not in counseling over this. Lastly, trailers are designed to entice the audience into seeing the film by showing what they believe are the highlights that will lure people into attending. If the highlights suck, I have no interest in the rest. In short, dude, maybe YOU should “get a grip”.

@rogerrodd Roger, get a grip, dude… it’s just a movie… If you don’t want to see it, don’t see it… But if you merely judge a movie by the trailer, you may very well be missing out on some great movies…

I am a HUGE fan. I wrote a book about the Stooges and Jules White. I’ve read the screenplay and it’s FUNNY! Though “present day,” that’s for gags; the Stooges are as 1930s-40s as in the shorts. The Farrellys are fans who waited years so as not to f*** this up for the fans. They and the actors have done a fantastic job! Don’t let Snookie in the trailer scare you off — that’s a cameo. THIS IS FUNNY, as you will all soon see!!!

i think its gonna b a success maybe not a first like it was for scream but the stooges are a classic and seeing this classic on the be screen will b awesome.

I think it will be great. I love The Three Stooges and I want to watch them in the big screen! It would be awesome! To feel just like my great-grandmother felt watching them in the theatre.

people who are stooges fans…the bros. want the new generated to like the 3 stooges so they HAVE to do Some modern day humor so take a chill pill. I could care less want people think i love the 3 stooges and i’m going to see this:) It just gets so annoying how you people complane

  8. ideaphile

@jessperr You are all class and your ignorant and abusive comments demonstrate this.

  9. jessperr

@ideaphile You’re not a Stooges fan! You’re an idiot! I’d like to pook you in the eyes and run a saw across your head!

The Stooges are really the Farrelly Brothers. How can they set the Stooges in the present day. Any Stooges fan knows that they really only work in the 40′s! This is a BAD idea! A) You can’t imitate the stooges. B) DON’T put them in modern times with Snookie! Are you kidding me? That’s just wrong, wrong, wrong. And another STUPID Hollywood FAILURE! ASSHOLES!

    I’d never see this movie, I don’t
Know why studios would try to recreate the humor that only the original 3 made. I still
Watch the old stooges almost everyday. Theyre simply classics!

  12. dirkthevent

I love the STOOGES .. and will see this movie . Can’t wait !

  13. DarkTrojanHorse

This film will probably be good for a few laughs here and there, but will fall way short of being as funny as the original Stooges…

I’m a lifelong Stooges fan, who has seen virtually every episode countless times. I will NOT see this film after watching the trailer for the following reasons:
    1. The Stooges NEVER resorted to “Dick Jokes”, & Moe stuffing a lobster down Larry’s pants with sound effects, clearly shows me they’re using the usual brain dead humor for this moron public. Same goes with their infusion of T & A. Sex humor-the staple of 3rd grade mentality H’Wood.
    2. I will NEVER put 1 penny in Snookie’s pocket.

  15. LEHIGHDRIVE

Growing up with the Stooges, I cannot see a probability to find three to fill their boots, But I’m sure the three wise men will be looking down from above …with smiles. The fact that anyone has tried…It is their [ the original stooges ] honor……To release this film and I wish it the best

  16. stupidheadface33

The people they chose for the stooges are great. The only thing that had me worried was Snookie. other than that, i’m excited.

  17. spgordon57

I will see the movie, half-heartedly. Can’t stand the thought of anyone impersonating them.

  18. ideaphile

I’m one of the biggest stooge fans in the world and if the movie is half as good as the trailer all I can say is woo woo woo woo!

  19. babyfaceomaha

Listen folks – I have been an intimate fan of all the Stooges throughout my life. The Stooges movie has been a long time coming and if the trailer is any indication of the entire movie …. it will be fantastic. The Stooges are for the cerebral and for your five year old. Thank you Farrelly Brothers for seeing this movie through. It has been a long wait for true fans!!!!!

  20. chelydria

    ok, it´s not the same….
but the trailer looks realy good.
    cant wait……

  21. GOTHGAM08

This is officially ridiculous. They are making a “Jack the Giant Killer” (Jack and the bean stalk) movie, Battleship movie, and some othe stupid movies too. This is ridiculous and if hollywood doesn’t come up with any better ideas, they will stoop so low to remaking classics like “What a wonderful life” or Titanic.

  22. BWGgy

2:35 Have faith that it will happen, either by hanging or the chair!

  23. tangojones24

This is brilliant – I’ve been waiting years for this day. Can’t wait to see the movie.

  24. scrappy452

I’m glad will sasso got the part. He’s very funny
